This recipe was found on thehealthymaven.com, but has been modified slightly. It’s so simple and takes only 7 minutes to prepare. We hope you enjoy it!
*Note: The recipe yields only 1 mug of hot chocolate. Be sure to double the recipe if you want to have enough to share!
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- Blend the banana and coconut milk in the blender
- Add mixture to a small pot and bring to a slow roll over medium heat
- Add in all remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined with the milk
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
