So I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. I cannot eat gluten or soy, or I get migraines, have no energy, and feel like I was hit by a truck for day. This happen consistently 19-20 hours after eating gluten and about 12 hours for soy, not including soy lecithin, which doesn’t seem to bother me. We took a two week trip to Europe starting in Copenhagen, Denmark where every meal includes this wonderful rye bread, or a wonderful pastry. I bought these before we left and I would take 1 if I wasn’t sure because of the language if the food could have gluten/soy. Never had an episode. Then I tried actually EATING a danish that is a mix of a croissant and a cinnamon roll, OMG! SO AMAZING!! I took 3 before I ate 1/2 of one of these, NO ISSUES! At another meal, I ate half of a sandwich, a piece of cake, which had mayo(most likely with soybean oil) and NOT A PROBLEM! When in Brussels, Belgium I ate a true Belgian Waffle two different times, with no issue! If I knew it had gluten or soy, I took 2 or 3 capsules, if I wasn’t sure and I was just concerned with a dressing or something like that, then only one. So this saved my vacation! I could eat with my family, I could eat the specialties of the places I went, it was so great. I came home and ate a whole piece of regular graduation cake and enjoyed every bite, because I took 3 capsules. The next day I got a finger full of buttercream frosting on my hand and licked it off, didn’t even think about it. Exactly 20 hours later, I had a migraine, vomitted and felt horrible. I didn’t take a pill, didn’t even think about the frosting having flour it, but most buttercreams do. So this stuff works MIRACLES!!!

This is almost too personal to write. I’ve used this product for nearly two years and it’s the difference between easy digestion and stomach cramps. I ordered this product for myself when I was leaving the country. My mother in her late 90s lives in an assisted living residence. I had Amazon send the product there for me. I thought they’d forgotten it. I went away for two months without it. When I returned I went immediately to see my mother. I went with her to the nurses station in the morning and there was my Probulin. Mistakenly they’d thought it was for her. She was able to sleep. Her appetite had improved. She was gaining weight and was in good humor. I called her doctor, took her to see him and when he saw her prescibed Probulin for her.
