Homemade Fruit Popsicles – Fun, Easy, and Healthy!

Summer may be coming to an end, but it’s still pretty warm out there! We have the perfect way to help you and your kids stay cool (and healthy):  Delicious Homemade Fruit Popsicles.

For these popsicles, you’ll only need frozen fruit, bananas, and almond milk! Coconut milk will work, too.

Not only do fruit popsicles help you cool down after spending time outside, but they are also a great opportunity to sneak some much needed fruits into your little one’s diet. Eating a well-balanced diet with plenty of fruits and veggies is one of the easiest things you can do to help support your overall health, including your immune health.

On top of the health benefits, making popsicles can become an activity that the whole family will have a blast doing together. Turn it into an experiment by using different fruit combinations to create delicious flavors!
