Signing up is easy. Just choose the Probulin auto-ship option when you add your product to your shopping cart and the frequency you want to have products delivered – every 2, 4 or 8 weeks. Then check out as you normally would.

Probulin’s auto-ship program enables you to have your favorite products shipped to you automatically. You simply add the products to your cart that you would like to receive each period, and Probulin ships it to you.

Please note: Probulin reserves the right to change pricing, discounts and shipping methods/pricing at any time. Once your subscription order has shipped, refusal of the order will result in a 25% restocking fee.

You can easily change or pause your next order date if you need it sooner or later. Just log in to your account at https://probulin.com/. You will see your next scheduled order in the My Subscriptions in your account. Click into any subscription you would like to review (note the View button). Here, you are able to Pause your subscription. If you would like to change your subscription to a different schedule, please give our Customer Service department a call during normal business hours: 1.888.697.8770.

If you need to pause a delivery, log in to your account. Click into the subscription you wish to pause. Click the Pause link near the next order date to pause an order. Do not forget to unpause your auto-ship when you are ready to begin receiving your auto-ship products with 20% off and free delivery.

Probulin auto-ship items that have the same order date and shipping address will ship as one order. If you have more than one Probulin auto-ship item, know that the shipment dates are different between the multiple orders, and want them to ship in the same order, please give our Customer Service department a call at 1.888.697.8770, and they will be happy to move your orders to a single shipment date and bundle.

To change the shipping address for an auto-ship order, just log in to your account and locate your current shipping address. Click the Edit link to change the shipping address. For active subscriptions, please edit the subscription (by clicking the View button) and then the Change Address button.

Orders are billed to your credit card (or deducted from your debit card, if used) on the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.

To edit your saved payment information, please navigate over to Payment Methods in your account. From there you will be able to remove existing cards or add new/updated ones.

You can cancel Probulin auto-ship orders or individual items at any time.

To cancel an order, simply log in to your account, view your subscription order, and click the Cancel option under the order summary.

Any items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date. Once your Probulin auto-ship order is placed for shipment, it will usually ship within 24 hours. All Probulin auto-ship orders ship by standard shipping. You can view the next order date for an individual item by logging in to your account.

Probulin takes great pride in our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund.

  • Return credit and exchanges require a Probulin receipt.
  • Purchases made from entities other than Probulin are not eligible for a return credit or exchange. Please contact the retailer where the product purchase was made and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.
  • Opened items are not eligible for a full return credit.
  • Please return via USPS, UPS insulated and on ice.

 

Probulin Billing and Sales Tax Terms

Probulin proudly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal for online payment.

Your card is charged upon completion and confirmation of your online transaction. You will receive an order confirmation by email which will summarize all transactional information.

All returns on items purchased online will be processed in the form of electronic transaction credit to the card originally used to make the online purchase.

Sales tax will be applied per the regulation of your state at the point of online sale.
